It was published later the same year in a more handsome form, with numerous photos. Together with a promotional extract from the book, illustrated with behind-the-scenes photographs. Two works, octavo. Extract with 6 plates. Proof copy: original orange wrappers, title to front cover black. Extract: pp. 14, original white wrappers, title to front cover black. A fine set.
