The book was published in aid of the Belgium fund. Quarto. Frontispiece and 16 coloured plates, one of which is by Arthur Rackham. Original vellum covers, titles and design to spine and front cover blocked in gilt, plain endpapers, all edges gilt. Occasional spotting, offsetting to endpapers, covers bowed, toning to covers. A very good copy. Latimore & Haskell, pp. 42-43; Riall, p. 121.
