Single page folded, three pages, on Holland House, Kingsgate, Broadstairs headed paper. Light central fold and a few minor marks, otherwise very good. Fildes thanks his correspondent for notice of the dinner but regrets that he cannot attend while staying in Broadstairs, observing that travelling into town on a Sunday would make it rather a big job spanning over three days and that he would be staying in Broadstairs over Christmas.
