Single sheet, 115 x 180 mm, written on one side and backed onto thin card. A few marks, otherwise very good. Faed apologises for having left Schofield's letter of 23 April unanswered and supplies the address of Clarkson Stanfield at The Green Hill, Hampstead. Clarkson Stanfield (1793-1867) was one of the leading British marine painters of the nineteenth century and a Royal Academician.
