After an introductory section including photographs of Zayed and his fellow rulers, each emirate is given a devoted chapter on its history, administration, and recent accomplishments, the illustrations capturing the pace of change in a rapid developing UAE. The map shows residential, industrial, and administrative areas before several rounds of land reclamation. Accompanying this copy is a recent print after a photograph of Sheikh Zayed holding the book at its launch. Octavo.
