In 1967, Hamilton formed a collage from newspaper cuttings that had been amassed at art dealer Robert Fraser's gallery after the arrest of Fraser and Mick Jagger for drug possession. The collage includes a photograph of Fraser and Mick Jagger handcuffed together in a police van, taken by John Twine. This is the first use of the photograph, which Hamilton subsequently used in various prints of the image. Photo-offset lithograph in colours from 6 plates on Fabriano paper. Sheet size: 70.5 x 50 cm. Framed size: 89.9 x 68.8 cm. Excellent condition. Presented in a lime wax ash frame. Verlag 69.
