London: Printed at Dublin by John Crook... And Reprinted at London for Tho. Johnson, 1664.. Small 4to, (xvi), 144, 143-173, (1) pp, with some mispagination. Some light marginal browning, title bifolium slightly loose and repaired, paste downs unstuck from the boards, piece lacking from the rear one. Contemporary sheep with blind stamped rules, some mostly light wear, later manuscript spine label mostly lacking. Wing T320. A reissue of the Dublin edition with a cancel title page, this copy being the issue with "Connor" not "Connough", seemingly much the scarcer; ESTC listing six copies in this country and four elsewhere.
