The sole UK printing published by Blackie & Son Ltd, London : nd but 1916. Size : 32 x 25 cm. The BOOK is in Very Good+ condition. Original publisher's boards, teal cloth spine with black lettering and with a coloured plate to the front cover. Some age related pushing and fraying to the spine tips with some rubbing to the corners and edges in places. Moderating spotting to the blank end-papers otherwise internally clean with just some minor age related handling marks etc. The binding remains tight with just some early easing in places at the hinges. No loose or missing pages. Numerous colour and monochrome blue plates. A scarce title protected in a removable Mylar archival cover. More images available on request.
