Winner of a Hugo Award in 1959 and an important science fiction title. Original blue cloth with lettering to spine in gilt. Small and inconspicuous label to bottom corner of front paste-down and very slight toning to edges, otherwise near fine or better. The original and unclipped dust jacket has a small tear to the top of rear panel hinge with a couple of very shallow chips and mild and isolated instances of rubbing to edges, otherwise crisp, bright and sharp, featuring artwork by Peter Curl.
