Shepard, full oasis morocco by Bayntun Riviere 1970, as per receipt loosely inserted in one vol.), in the respective cloth colour of the original and also with the relevant gilt blocks to front covers, upper covers bound in at end of all titles, original pair of endleaves including 'map' endpapers to Winnie-The-Pooh bound in at end of all titles except WWVY, all edges gilt and contained within a custom-made slip-case, slight fading to spine, very slight damp-bloom to most of the boards but barely noticeable, otherwise a very good set. Milne's first volume (When We Were Very Young) was published in November 1924 and was such a resounding success that the subsequent three titles followed in quick succession. This is a super set of first editions of a children's classic.
