Occasional light foxing/spotting, a little heavier to flyleaves, half-titles, and title pages. Very occasional neat pencil annotations to margins. Withdrawn from an institutional library with neat ink stamps to versos of half-title, title pages, and final pages. Good. With small gilt heraldic roundel of Charles George Milnes Gaskell (1842-1919), British Liberal Party Member of Parliament for Morley (West Riding of Yorkshire) and Lawyer, to endpapers.. First edition. Scarce large paper edition, of which only 50 copies were produced (see p. v). A finely bound set of William Upcott's important and extensive bibliography of English Topography, arranged by county.
