Booklet and portfolio housed in original hand-made folding cloth covered case by Gray's of Cambridge, paper spine-label, 33 cm,. engravings listing leaf, 68 loose leaves of wood-engravings and 18 pp. booklet. A portfolio of 68 wood engravings by George Mackley, of which 55 are printed direct firom the original blocks, with the other 13 (where the original blocks have been lost) reproduced photographically byline-blocks from surviving prints, accompanied by an illustrated booklet containing an appreciation by Ruari McLean and a glimpse of the artist by Armida Maria-Theresa Colt. Designed and printed at the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge, Printed on T.H. Saunders mould-made paper. Copy No. 214. Elegant booklabel of Marie-Louise and Samuel Robert Rosenthal on front free endpaper of booklet. Case a little rubbed at extremities, contents Fine. With a copy of the prospectus for the book, a separate illustrated broadside advertisement and a postcard order form.

Prices are net, and postage and insurance (if required) are extra. Books sent overseas will normally be despatched by surface mail at printed paper rate unless air mail is requested. Terms: We accept payment by bank (wire) transfer (all bank charges payable by the purchaser) or PayPal. Alternatively we accept cash or cheques in UK Pounds (payable to Wykeham Books) drawn on a UK bank account. Prices are net, and postage and insurance (if required) are extra. For overseas orders, any applicable sales or value added tax, or customs duties, or administration charges for the collection thereof, are payable by the purchaser on importation. Books may be returned within 10 days of receipt if not as described.
