The other issue of this printing contains an introduction by the translator, M. Trudaine de la Sablière, in the first volume (not present here, hence the irregular pagination); the preliminary pages here contain the U.S. Constitution. It is the second edition overall, and the first edition to name the previously anonymous authors (giving their names as Hamilton, Madisson, and Gay).
