Scuff marks to front paste-down, and gift inscription to ffep dated 1937 but "This Book Belongs to" left blank. Minor scattered foxing throughout; rear free endpaper vertically creased. The Panorama is complete and uncreased. A very good copy of a children's book usually found in poor condition. Attractive re-telling of Carroll's classic story in Tuck's Storyland Treasury. This is the deluxe binding edition of 'The Hunting of the Snark'; in contrast to the regular red binding, this edition is cream with gilt lettering. This book collates some of Lewis Carroll's poems from 'Rhyme and Reason', 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland', 'Through the Looking Glass', 'Sylvie and Bruno'.
